We get a handful of the same questions before nearly every stay, so here’s the full rundown in one place.
How close is the beach? Directly below the house. The bottom floor opens onto Manresa State Beach with no road or parking lot in between.
How many guests can stay? Eight overnight guests across three bedrooms and the open-plan family room. Daytime gatherings are capped at ten people, between 8am and 10pm — we don’t host weddings or party events.
What are check-in and check-out times? Check-in is after 4:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM.
Do you accept pets? Unfortunately no, due to the owner’s allergies. The home is also strictly non-smoking indoors, on the decks, and within fifty feet of the building.
What’s the parking situation? Two driveway spaces plus limited street parking. Driveway spaces suit standard vehicles under 7,500 lbs; RVs, trailers, and fifth wheelers aren’t permitted under HOA rules. We’d recommend two cars maximum on holiday weekends.
Is the house accessible? It’s a tri-level home with stairs between every floor and no wheelchair access, so it may present difficulties for guests with mobility challenges.
What’s included? A fully equipped kitchen, two fireplaces, heated bathroom floors, high-speed Wi-Fi, a stocked beach closet with boards and wetsuits, and a travel crib on request.
