Each room has spectacularly breathtaking panoramic ocean views. Situated 15 minutes South of Santa Cruz on the Monterey Bay. "Pacific Breeze" is one of the few places in Northern California where you can walk or run for miles & miles in either direction, have fires on the beach, and is still a private setting yet close to amenities. Manresa State Beach is a popular spot for surfing, playing in the waves with the kids or grandkids, or relaxing on the white sand.

Bathroom & Kitchen Amenities Starter Kit  (2 rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, Q-Tips, and face wipes for each floor. Kitchen and laundry starter includes 1st morning of Kerig coffee pods, roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher and 2 washing machine pods. The Amenities starter kit is to start your stay off with some staples. Guest are responsible for providing for the duration of their stay.

Occupancy:
Max occupancy: 8 Adults. Typically, smaller children can share the queen beds if needed.

For your best experience, please allow no more than 10 total persons into the property at a time.

  • For your protection, as well as our own, we have a security camera located at each entrance door (top and bottom floor) as do most homes in our complex. The security cameras are located above and to the right of each door. Any and all footage captured on the entrance cameras will be deleted upon guest departure.
    In addition, we have one camera on each balcony. These cameras are located up and to the left of the roof, when facing the sliding glass doors. The balcony cameras are automatically turned off at check-in and turned back on at check-out.
    All cameras may not be covered, moved, or tampered with in any way.
    Please be reassured that there are no cameras inside of the home and your privacy is respected.

Accessibility:
No wheelchair access. Stairs will present a problem for persons with mobility challenges.

Parking:

2 Driveway spaces + limited street parking. These driveway spots are only suitable for vehicles whose gross vehicle weight is less than 7,500 lbs (equivalent to a Chevy Suburban, Ford F150, or smaller). No RV, trailer, or 5th wheeler parking in the driveway or on street (due to HOA restrictions). Only 2 cars are recommended for Holiday weekends

(Parking can be scarce during holidays)

NO PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS DUE TO HOST’S ALERGIES

NO SMOKING/VAPING INDOORS,ON THE DECKS, OR WITHIN 50’ OF ANY STRUCTURE ALLOWED

NO CHARCOAL, WOOD-BURNING BBQS OR FIRE PITS ARE ALLOWED ON ANY BALCONY OR DECK. NO FIREWORKS.
 

MAXIMUM OF 8 OVERNIGHT GUESTS. SOCIAL GATHERINGS ARE LIMITED TO 10 PEOPLE MAXIMUM AND ONLY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8AM-10PM. NO WEDDINGS OR PARTY EVENTS.

Violations of the above rules will result in automatic forfeiture of the security deposit

Please be advised that any excessive cleaning, deemed necessary by our professional housekeeping team, that results in an additional charge to us, will be deducted from guest's security deposit.
